MSAD 75 now accepts job applications through SchoolSpring. We have provided some helpful information and troubleshooting details below.
- If you used SchoolSpring in the past to apply for other jobs at other districts, please review this information about their new user experience.
- We recommend building out your SchoolSpring profile
ahead of clicking the “Apply for this job!” button inside a job
posting. Building your profile will allow you to reuse the same
information in additional or future job applications.
- Once you start your application on SchoolSpring, you must finish your application in the same session. There is no way to currently save an application in progress.
- I received an Error 020 – The SchoolSpring server is busy or experiencing an error. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If you continue to receive this error, you will need to reach out to SchoolSpring’s applicant support via phone (1-877-974-7437) or their website.
- I received an Error 500 – In your list of references, ensure that each reference has a start and end date that is written in a numerical value. For example, enter 02/2024 instead of February 2024.
- I received the File attachment is too large warning – Please compress your file. The maximum file size is 25 MB. You can utilize free file compression tools online. Search “online file compressor” on your preferred search engine to find options.
- I received the File attachment is the wrong file type warning – Please adjust the file type. The only supported file types for attachments are: .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX, .TXT, .RIF
- I received an Invalid date warning – Information entered into a date field must be numerical. For example, enter 02/2024 instead of February 2024.
